Project Lead Architech

Job Summary:

Responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion, coordinating with teams and consultants, managing client requirements, and ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end architectural design process for assigned projects.
• Develop concept designs, schematics, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior & other consultants.
• Handle client meetings, understand requirements, present design solutions.
• Review GFC drawings, BOQs, and ensure compliance with building bye-laws.
• Monitor project progress, resolve site-related design issues & provide technical guidance.
• Manage drawing revisions, documentation, and design approvals.
• Guide and mentor junior architects & draughtsmen in the project team.
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards & design intent are maintained.

Profile Requirements:

• B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institute.
• 5–10+ years experience in architectural project handling.
• Strong design knowledge, detailing skills & project coordination ability.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & other design tools.
• Good communication, presentation & client-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per year
