Project Lead - Civil & Interior
Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee and manage civil and interior construction projects from conception through completion. This role requires a dynamic professional who can coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead and manage civil and interior construction projects from planning through project closeout
Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Team LeadershipManage cross-functional project teams including designers, engineers, and construction professionals
Facilitate regular project meetings and maintain clear communication channels
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Coordinate with stakeholders and clients throughout project lifecycle
Technical OversightReview and approve civil and interior design drawings and specifications
Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments
Resolve technical issues and design conflicts
Ensure integration between civil infrastructure and interior systems
Oversee MEP coordination for interior buildouts
Financial & Risk ManagementMonitor project budgets and control costs
Process change orders and manage scope modifications
Identify and mitigate project risks
Prepare regular project status reports and financial updates
Required QualificationsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
PMP certification is a plus (optional)
Experience7+ years of experience in civil and/or interior construction project management
Proven track record managing projects
Experience with commercial, office, retail, or mixed-use developments
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
Technical SkillsProficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Experience with BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
Understanding of MEP systems integration
Familiarity with LEED and sustainable construction practices

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Physical RequirementsAbility to visit construction sites on daily basis and conduct field inspections
