Role:

Delivery-focused Project Manager with a passion for business transformation through technology. We’re seeking a capable and proactive individual to lead a series of enterprise-level systems projects, including a major migration to Salesforce.

Steering complex implementations from legacy platforms to modern ecosystems, managing global stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet strategic and operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of multiple enterprise technology projects, delivering outcomes on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Guide the successful transition of data and functionality from legacy systems into the Salesforce environment, minimizing disruption and maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including international teams and high-impact users, to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Translate technical and business needs into actionable roadmaps and detailed delivery plans.
• Navigate risks and interdependencies with strong governance practices.
• Provide transparent, structured updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure Salesforce implementations are aligned with business priorities and user adoption is supported.
• Contribute to organizational change efforts to support smooth transitions and handovers.
