Role Overview:

Drive alignment between the client bank’s Marketing and Business Cards teams to ensure strategic collaboration and shared outcomes.

Facilitate the client bank’s card business objectives through structured briefing templates and streamlined workflows that deliver measurable impact.
-
Enable seamless coordination across business, marketing, and internal stakeholders.
-
Design and implement end-to-end processes to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and minimize delays.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact between the client bank’s Marketing Division and the assigned business area.

Participate in business strategy discussions to ensure marketing priorities are embedded early.

Develop and manage an annual marketing roadmap aligned with business goals.

Lead campaign briefing, mechanics definition, and planning.
-
Support the review of ATL and BTL communications and manage campaign launch processes, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
-
Ensure consistent execution across channels (digital, retail, corporate, etc.).
-
Coordinate with Digital, Brand, PR, Events, Content, and Internal Comms teams to deliver integrated initiatives.
-
Secure required approvals across Marketing, Business, Compliance, and Sharia teams.

Coordinate reporting workflows and ensure timely delivery of media and business reports.

Facilitate regular alignment sessions between Marketing and Business teams.
Requirements:
