Project Lead, SUE
Project Lead, SUE - Richardson, TX!
Halff has a current opening for a SUE Project Lead in our Richardson, TX location.
What you will do:
- Responsible for managing and overseeing Subsurface Utility Engineering projects.
- Coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues.
- Manage quality assurance to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations, Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice.
- Manage and work collaboratively with multiple teams and clients.
- Supervise technical staff and manage clients.
- Provide training/mentorship of technical staff.
What you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent Engineering degree.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Texas or actively working to obtain PE in Texas.
- Experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering is required.
- Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues.
- Possess a meticulous attention to detail and strong ability to promote accuracy.
- Ability and willingness to follow instructions that may be written, delivered verbally, or conveyed from various methods of communication.
- Knowledge of MicroStation ORD and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
