Experience 18years and above

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Civil, MBA/RICS/NICMAR added advantages

JD:

This is a leadership role and client facing position

The candidate must have experience in high rise residential project

Have completed a full lifecycle of a project in the last 7 years

Have experience in D-wall, Pile, Raft foundation, mivan shuttering

Have to manage, trained and motivate the team i.e a team player

Have knowledge of the process of project execution

Have knowledge of QA/QC, Budget, Bill, Tender, Planning, Schedule, Safety, etc

Prepare the DPR/WPR/MPR

Knowledge of AutoCAD, MSP, MS Office
