Job Requirements
Project Lead for leading a digital team adopting software life cycle management with agreed scope/budget/schedule with high quality deliverables.
Roles and responsibilities

Understand Software development life cycle and identify the potential opportunities to support

Understand the Quest Global project management processes and project metrics

Able to manage team and motivate team to deliver strategic project objectives

Able to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on priorities, resource allocation, and overall strategic objectives.

Able to facilitate cross-functional team coordination, fostering a collaborative work environment for successful project execution.

Develop knowledge of team member onboarding - KRAs, policies, orientation, performance reviews, etc.

Manage and maintain project financials, have consistently good results with both internal and external audits

Perform timely defect-prevention activities including RCAs, and identifying and implementing corrective actions

Work with team members and technical leads to manage project schedule and budget requirements

Should be ready to work in challenging IT environments.

Diligent, forward-thinking, and adaptable to dynamic situations, customer, and project needs and motivating teams to meet demanding timelines.

Establish strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans.

Manage risks in the projects.

Manage the internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Managing and reporting of key KPIs to senior management, supporting team members and managing attrition
Work Experience
-
More than 6 years in Software Project Management

Excellent communication skills and handling of stakeholders

Strong leadership competencies

Documentation and Reporting

Good people management skills

Knowledge of Agile Kanban and Scrum methodologies is a plus

Strong command in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with managing team, giving feedback, managing escalations
