Project Management Construction

• Position: Project Manager
• Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Preferably from NED university.
• Gender: Male
• Professional Experience: Minimum 10+ years experience, specifically in high-rise building construction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and monitor project cash flow forecasts in line with approved construction schedules.
• Track project progress against financial targets.
• Prepare, update, and monitor procurement schedules aligned with construction schedules and cash flow.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely issuance of materials.
• Review BOQs, rate analyses, and contractual quantities for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract administration, including claims and EOT evaluations, from planning and financial perspectives.
• Prepare financial, and procurement status reports for senior management.
• Maintain accurate records related to schedules, contracts, BOQs, work orders, and procurement documentation.
• Prepare, and process Variation Orders.
• Coordinate and report project progress and financial status to REIT stakeholders as required.
• Proficient in SAP for material procurement, tracking, and related documentation.
