Project Management Engineer

Job Purpose:

Coordinating all aspects of a project, establishing and monitoring the schedule, defining the scope, and ensuring that all the details align with the project's overall objectives

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leading and managing cross-functional projects within the organization - Developing and managing project plans, timelines- Coordinating and overseeing the work of cross-functional project teams- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues- Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within the required quality standards- Providing guidance and mentoring to junior project managers- Documenting and sharing best practices and lessons learned- Collaborating with department heads and executives to align projects with organizational goalsMain KPI Key Performance indicators:

Job Skills and Abilities:

Meticulous planning, accurate forecasting, systematic organization, and stringent control of resources

Coordination skills, keen foresight, and a deep understanding of the end-to-end process of seeing a project through to its successful completion

Managing a project and its components, turning an idea or a plan into a tangible, successful outcome

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

At least 3 years of experience

Proven track record of managing complex projects

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with project management tools, software & SAP

PMP certification preferred
