We are a team of builders, problem-solvers, and innovators — and we are looking for a highly organized and ambitious Project Management Intern to join our Dubai office.
Role Overview
As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support the execution and delivery of software and AI-driven projects. This is a work-from-office role where you will gain hands-on exposure to Agile project delivery, client coordination, team management, and technical documentation.
Candidates who perform well will be considered for a full-time Junior Project Manager role.
Key Responsibilities1. Project Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and tasks.
- Support daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure project boards and trackers (Jira, ClickUp, etc.) are updated regularly.
- Maintain structured documentation including SOWs, sprint plans, and requirement documents.
2. Client & Team Communication
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions.
- Prepare clear meeting minutes, follow-up action items, and weekly update reports.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, QA, design, and business teams.
3. Requirement & Documentation Support
- Assist in gathering, writing, and organizing functional and technical requirements.
- Maintain version-controlled documentation and project files.
- Prepare project dashboards, summaries, and delivery status presentations.
4. Delivery & Quality Support
- Coordinate QA activities, testing cycles, and UAT.
- Track bugs, issues, and follow up on resolution with developers and testers.
- Ensure tasks and deliverables meet the company’s quality standards.
5. Tools & Process Support
Working exposure to:
- Jira / ClickUp / Trello
- Confluence / Notion
- MS Teams / Slack
- Figma
- GitHub / GitLab
You will update boards, track tasks, and ensure teams follow Innobayt’s Agile processes.
RequirementsEducational Background
- Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related fields.
Technical Understanding
(Not mandatory but preferred)
- Basic understanding of SDLC.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Understanding of mobile/web app concepts.
- Curiosity about AI, IoT, cloud, and modern technologies.
Skills & Competencies
