About the Role

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager Intern to support our project management team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience coordinating projects from concept through completion, working closely with project managers, designers, and clients.

Candidates with a background or coursework in architecture or interior design are strongly preferred, as this role will involve close collaboration with our design and technical teams.

What You'll Do

Assist project managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project timelines
Help prepare and organize project documentation, submittals, and specifications
Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and consultants
Track budgets, purchase orders, and invoices under PM supervision
Attend site visits and client/team meetings, taking notes and follow-up action items
Support the creation of presentation materials, mood boards, or drawing sets as needed
Help maintain project files, drawings, and digital project management tools

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred, not required)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Eagerness to learn project management fundamentals in a design/build environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
