Project Management Lead

Job Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while leveraging project management tools to ensure structured execution and alignment with strategic goals.
Maintain financial control by leading cost forecasting, expense tracking, and variance analysis, ensuring project completion within budget and allocated resources.
Handle stakeholder Communications by reporting project status, risks, and issues through executive dashboards, structured reports, and steering committee meetings, with full transparency and facilitate informed decision-making.
Ensure cross-functional collaboration with key departments such as Information Security, Transformation, legal and Compliance by aligning project goals with business needs to enhance cross-functional efficiency and project success.
Maintain project risks and compliance by identifying, assessing, and mitigating regulatory, security, and quality risks, integrating compliance checks into workflows, and ensuring project integrity.

Job Qualifications:
5-7 years in the insurance industry
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Background in IT or technical knowledge is an advantage.
