MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:
lead and coordinate delivery management activities within the PMO, ensuring effective oversight of project execution across multiple sites. The role focuses on overseeing project progress, managing risks, setting and reviewing KPIs, and enabling data-driven decisions to secure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery aligned with PSP objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct gate reviews to verify compliance with success criteria at each project stage and ensure deliverable readiness.

Identify gaps, major hindrances, potential risks, and performance drifts through the Action Management System, recommending timely corrective and preventive measures.

Perform quarterly performance reviews under the Project Annual Goals (PAG) framework to oversee KPIs, assess performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and participate in PMO functional processes and procedures, ensuring alignment and compliance with organizational standards .

Oversee project dashboards and consolidate performance data into comprehensive monthly PMO reports.

Coordinate with Project Managers and project teams in developing and managing the Project Execution Plan (PEP) to ensure execution alignment, proactive risk management, and efficient resource deployment .

Evaluate project performance to ensure adherence to governance frameworks, contractual requirements, and delivery standards .

Facilitate transparent communication among stakeholders and promote data-driven decision-making to support project objectives.

Provide delivery support during the pre-award stage, contributing to tender reviews and operational planning .

Support post-award delivery by defining the project operational scheme, roles, and organizational charts .

Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance PMO tools, standards, and delivery management practices.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline; Master’s degree (completed or in progress) is an advantage.

Related Field Experience: PMP® or PRINCE2® preferred; knowledge of P3O® is an advantage.

Overall Experience: 10–13 years in Project Management, Engineering Management, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in EPC or construction environments.
