Job Description:


Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Advisor – Demand Management & Capacity Planning to join our PMO team in Riyadh. This senior advisory role is designed for a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in banking or financial services, who can provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership in managing demand and resource capacity planning for the PMO function. The Advisor will support the PMO Head in optimizing project demand and capacity planning across the bank’s PMO function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead demand management processes and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain capacity planning models for PMO resource optimization.
  • Support the PMO in establishing governance frameworks, standards, and reporting structures.
  • Partner with business and IT leaders to maintain transparency and balance between demand and available capacity.
  • Drive the development and implementation of demand management frameworks to prioritize projects aligned with strategic goals.
  • Design and manage capacity planning models to forecast resource requirements and optimize utilization.

  • Support the PMO in establishing performance tracking.


  • Deliver insights and analytics to senior management on capacity vs. demand trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Mentor and guide PMO professionals in best practices related to demand and capacity planning.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (Master’s preferred).
  • 20+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
  • Proven experience in demand and capacity management, portfolio governance, and PMO advisory.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2,Agile).
  • Advanced analytical and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong expertise in demand management, capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting or leading PMO operations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
