Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced PMO professional to support project planning, governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, aligned with organizational goals, and follow established project management standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning, tracking, and managing project activities.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, and status reports.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management frameworks and standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Track resource allocation, budget usage, and timelines.
  • Assist in conducting project reviews, audits, and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Facilitate project meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in PMO, project coordination, or project management roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience with dashboards and data analysis (Excel, Power BI) is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or related certification (optional but preferred).
  • Experience in IT, software development, or fintech environments (if applicable).
  • Knowledge of risk management and change management processes.
