Key responsibilities include leading Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; managing project planning and tracking overall progress; and overseeing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Proficiency in tools like JIRA and Kanban is essential for effectively organizing workflows and maintaining transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
