Description


Job Purpose

Manage the planning, preparation, and analysis of all network-impacting events to ensure exceptional customer experience and network stability.

Report To Position Name

Events Handling & Network Readiness

  • Planning & Execution: Ensure 100% network readiness for all scheduled events (e.g., Easter, summer campaigns, commercial promotions), with plans finalized and implemented at least two weeks prior to the event date each quarter.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Create comprehensive post-event analysis reports for mega-events within one week of conclusion, enhancing reporting formats and analysis to include customer profiling using tools
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a centralized database of all events throughout the year, documenting major concerns and recommendations monthly.

2. Etisalat Stores Management & Launch Coordination

Coordinate with commercial, IT, and planning teams to ensure the timely launch and full technical readiness of all new retail stores.

  • Project Management: Ensure 100% of new normal stores launched in 2024 are fully operational from IT connectivity and network perspectives, avoiding any launch delays.
  • Coordination: Manage the rollout plan coordination with the Retail team, plan necessary surveys with the Planning team, and manage the design/implementation of required solutions with Project/Planning teams.
  • IT Connectivity: Coordinate with ISPs and the IT department to ensure seamless IT connectivity for all new branches.
  • Reporting: Provide comprehensive monthly reports detailing project progress and launch statuses.


3. Handling Potential Corporate Accounts (Hunter Stream)

Serve as the primary technical liaison for new, high-potential corporate accounts, ensuring rapid problem resolution and solution implementation according to agreed service levels.

  • Account Management: Manage the "hunter" stream for new corporate accounts in coordination with the Corporate and Technical teams according to established SLAs.
  • Problem Resolution: Ensure 100% of network problems for new potential corporate accounts are handled by the technical team within the defined SLA, complete with clear action plans.

4. Business Insights & Reporting Automation

Drive data-driven decision-making through rigorous analysis and automation of reporting processes.

  • Strategic Analysis: Develop and present business insights and decision support studies to management
  • Data Management: Ensure all team databases are up-to-date on a weekly/monthly basis, depending on report cycles.
  • Automation: Lead data extraction and report automation efforts.
