Job Summary:
Analyzing project elements and activities, developing plans and timetables, monitoring their implementation, developing a cash flow program, analyzing expected risks, reviewing and modifying modification stages, and preparing, presenting, and archiving specialized documents and reports related to project management.
Duties & Responsibilities
:

Contribute to the development of detailed plans that include the entire project’s aspects and activities including the timeframe, budget, required resources and risks that could be faced. This shall be based on the scopes of the various projects and serve their objectives.

Contribute to defining the project’s implementation scope and objectives, and to determine concerned parties, their requirements, and means of meeting those requirements. Communication methods with those parties shall also be determined.

Study the inputs concerning the estimation of the numbers and type of resources required for the achievement of the project’s operations within the set timeframe and budget, to ensure the accuracy of those inputs, and to present the results of those studies to the concerned parties.

Study the budget that has been set for the implementation of the various projects and to recommend any amendments if needed in a way that serves the interests of the project’s implementation in accordance with its implementation scope and its required sta

Provide reports describing the best methods and proposals for the implementation of the project within the set budget and to submit them to the direct supervisor for revision. They shall then be sent to the parties concerned with managing the project.

Review the periodic workflow reports related to K.A.CARE’s projects to assess the levels of achievement and compare them with the set plans, as well as to set recommendations for appropriate procedures as needed.

Contribute to assessing the risks resulting from the implementation of the various projects and to suggest suitable controls to minimize the impact of those risks or to avoid them completely.

Provide required technical support to the project management team in case any changes occur to the scope of work or required standards and to ensure dealing with them adequately.

Prepare reports related to cases of noncompliance with the set workflow or budget, to provide action plans for proposed corrective measures for such cases, and to ensure reporting them to the direct supervisor.

Carry out any other related tasks or responsibilities as requested by the direct supervisor.
Job Specifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
Open to candidates with 0 to 7 years of experience in a related field.
