Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and results - driven Project Management Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company projects. the ideal candidate will ensure that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. this role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership Skills to effectively manage resources and stakeholder's expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, policies, and quality expectations.
• Facilitate post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Saudi Nationals are preferred (Per local regulations)

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management or a similar role.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
