Project Management Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree of Engineering (Preferably Industrial Engineering)
• Experience in e-commerce and logistics processes is a preferable
• Have a project management perspective
• Experience in field team managements
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Strong problem solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Very good knowledge on MS Office Applications and MS Project tools
• PMP certificate is a plus
• Deal with working at different locations
• Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of İstanbul

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating the project plan and organizing all meetings related to project follow-up
• Regularly reporting the task results of the determined project team to the project team and other stakeholders
• Organizing weekly regular review meetings with all units, actively managing and guiding the meetings
• Updating the weekly project plan and regularly reporting to all units
• Leading international client meetings and negotiatings for the project
• Planning the timing for the projects, determining unreal time requirements and creating realistic time plans
• Identifying, documenting and reporting the lessons learned at the end of the project
