Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Management Specialist Trainee to support our project teams through the Tamheer Program. This role offers valuable experience in project coordination, planning, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
• Support project documentation and record management.
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist in tracking project deliverables and timelines.
• Support communication between project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
