The Project Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing project planning, coordination, and monitoring activities. This role focuses on administrative, organizational, and supervisory functions, including managing project schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and facilitating clear and consistent communication among stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in project coordination, document control, progress monitoring, and the preparation of comprehensive status reports.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Monitor daily project progress and ensure adherence to scope, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on project activities and requirements.
  • Prepare regular project status reports, presentations, and performance metrics.
  • Organize and lead project meetings; prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and approval logs.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Supervise project support teams and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and governance guidelines.
  • Follow up on key project actions to secure timely completion.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, supervision, or administrative project roles.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP or CAPM certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
