Project Managemnt (Internship)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee who is eager to learn, grow, and develop leadership capabilities. This role is designed to groom fresh talent into future leaders by providing exposure across different departments and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations and business activities
• Work closely with different departments (HR, Sales, Operations)
• Support in planning, execution, and reporting of projects
• Analyze data and prepare reports for management
• Participate in training sessions and learning programs
• Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Leadership potential and team management mindset
• Quick learner with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
