B2B Cold Outreach Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Cold Outreach Specialist to join our sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads by reaching out to businesses across the USA and Canada and pitching our Virtual Assistant (VA) services. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the early stages of the sales cycle by identifying decision-makers, overcoming gatekeepers, and securing Zoom appointments for the closing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective B2B clients in the US & Canada markets
  • Effectively pitch the company’s Virtual Assistant (VA) services to business owners and decision-makers
  • Navigate through gatekeepers and successfully reach key stakeholders (owners, founders, or decision-makers)
  • Schedule and confirm qualified Zoom meetings for the closing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to ensure appointment conversion
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Collaborate closely with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handover
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify competitive advantages

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of valid Zoom appointments booked
  • Quality of leads generated
  • Conversion rate from calls to appointments
  • Contribution to closed deals (incentives & commission applicable)

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of B2B cold calling experience in US & Canada markets
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional English communication skills, preferably from an O- Level / A-Level educational background, are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in the full sales cycle, including lead generation and deal closing
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or American accent
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with business owners and senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM tools is preferred

Office Location: Bahria Town Phase-7, Rawalpindi.
