About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering landscape construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, strategic planning skills, and the ability to drive results on high-profile jobsites.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee all phases of landscape construction projects—from pre-construction to closeout

✅ Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, materials, and on-site crews

✅ Collaborate with clients, landscape architects, consultants, and internal teams

✅ Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec

✅ Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards

✅ Lead regular site meetings and provide accurate progress reports

Qualifications:

✔ Minimum 8 years of experience managing landscape construction projects

✔ In-depth knowledge of hardscape, softscape, grading, irrigation, lighting, and drainage systems

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects concurrently

✔ Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend)

✔ Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field preferred

✔ PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
