Project Manager

Project Manager (Full-Time, On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT and Project Management to lead and deliver complex projects successfully. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical understanding, excellent leadership skills, and proven expertise in managing cross-functional teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Leadership: Act as the central point of contact and primary accountable lead for stakeholders, Steering Committees, and Project Boards.
• Delivery Execution: Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects (up to 12 months duration), ensuring compliance with the agreed Definition of Done.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
• Vendor Coordination: Oversee internal and third-party teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and integrations.
• Scope, Budget & Timeline Control: Define and manage project scope, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones and budgets.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to performance, security, and scalability standards while proactively managing risks.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates, documentation, and conduct review meetings with team members and clients.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile certifications preferred.
• At least 5+ years in IT project management, with 3+ years leading complex multi-platform solutions.
• Experience managing projects involving multi-system and third-party integrations with focus on data integrity and compliance.
• Technical knowledge of Web & Mobile Development methodologies, AWS, API gateway management, serverless architectures, and open-source or Microsoft technologies.
• Proven success in hybrid delivery models (Agile + Traditional).
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder influence skills.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Background

• Prior experience as a Microsoft, Mobile App, or Open-Source developer is a strong plus.
