Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive high-priority strategic initiatives for the offline operations team to improve new business, expansion, inventory planning, and day-to-day operations

Manage stakeholder communication with respect to process changes, milestone planning, and escalations

Partner with Finance, SCM, HR, Admin, and cross-functional teams to align operational execution with strategic business goals.

Build a deep understanding of all the organization's KPIs and assist leadership in making decisions and executing them.

Ensure the project’s OTD (On Time Delivery) while also continuously striving to improve the project’s TTV (Time To Value)

Drive end-to-end preparation of the Annual Operating Plan in alignment with organizational strategy

Enable leadership decision-making through scenario planning and ROI analysis

Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities :

Have exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills; experience in client-facing roles is a plus

Excellent decision-making and response abilities in high-pressure situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Business Acumen / Business Operations skills to understand the market dynamics

Advanced MS Office
-
Strong analytical, Data analysis, and problem-solving skills

Experience working in an Ed-tech/Ecom or similar industry is a plus
