Project Manager

Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, from initial planning and design to construction completion and handover. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks while ensuring projects align with established standards and objectives. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking progress, resolving issues, and communicating with stakeholders.

Experience with local authorities such as Trakhees and Nahkeel is essential for this position


Responsibilities:


Project Planning and Execution:

Developing comprehensive project plans, defining scope, setting deadlines, and managing resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Budget Management:

Monitoring project expenditures, managing costs, and ensuring adherence to the approved budget.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and implementing measures to minimize negative impacts on project outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.

Quality Assurance:

Ensuring that construction and development activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and building codes.

Resource Management:

Coordinating and allocating resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.

Contract Management:

Overseeing contracts with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Site Supervision:

Monitoring construction progress on-site, ensuring adherence to plans and specifications, and resolving any on-site issues.

Reporting:

Providing regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and potential challenges.


Skills and Qualifications:


Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate development processes, regulations, and market trends.

Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and achieving common goals.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues, mitigate risks, and make informed decisions.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with local authorities such as Trakhees and Nahkeel is essential for this position


Background:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, or a related field.

Master's degree may be preferred.

Several years of experience in real estate development and project management. Minimum of 10 years (Contractor and Real Estate experience is an advantage)

Industry certifications (e.g., PMP) are often desirable.

Experience with local authorities such as Trakhees and Nahkeel is essential for this position
