PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary -

Oversee the planning, execution and delivery of projects.

Includes resources coordination, budget control, billing, quality control, compliances and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities -

Planning and Execution –

Define the project plans, budgets and timelines for deliverables.

Manage project resources. (people, material, tools and equipment)

Identify risks to plan corrective and preventive measures.

Implement systems for effective project monitoring and reporting.

Ensure projects comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements

and safety standards.

Team Management –

Build, lead and mentor project teams to perform in line with project plans.

Assign roles, responsibilities and accountabilities for all team members.

Train team members to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.

Stakeholders Management –

Act as the primary point of contact for contractors, vendors and Management.

Communicate progress, risks and solutions to all the stakeholders.

Financial Control –

Monitor project budgets. Ensure timely invoicing to achieve collection targets.

Identify cost saving opportunities without compromise on quality or time.

Eligibility –

A qualified civil engineer having not more than 18 Years of experience handling civil /

interior works. with at least 3 years in a project management role.

Strong expertise in the management of residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with problem solving abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools would be an added advantage. (MS-Project, Primavera, etc)

Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in construction field.

25% of the work time involves travel to work sites.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹840,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
