Job summary
- Responsible for planning, executing, and closing interior construction projects on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; ensures quality, safety, and profitability across multiple simultaneous projects.
Key responsibilities
- Project planning and scheduling
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and work breakdown structures.
- Coordinate sequencing of trades and procurement to meet deadlines.
- Budgeting and cost control
- Prepare project budgets, estimates, and cash-flow forecasts.
- Monitor costs, approve expenditures, manage change orders, and drive profit margins.
- Contract and vendor management
- Prepare, review, and administer subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Select, negotiate with, and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and professional services.
