Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager – Execution to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex design and construction projects. This role demands precision, leadership, and the ability to transform visionary concepts into on-ground realities while upholding Splendour’s benchmark of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from mobilization to handover, ensuring quality and compliance.

• Oversee site management including timelines, manpower, contractors, and resources.

• Conduct BOQ review, cost estimation, and value engineering for efficient project delivery.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for prequalification, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, statutory compliance, and sustainability standards.

• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor juniors, and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED/Green Building certifications preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in project execution and construction management, with 2+ years in leadership roles.

Skills

• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Revit (basic), BIM 360, Procore.

• Familiarity with ERP systems for construction/hospitality projects is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
