Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee critical projects from initiation to successful completion. As the visionary leader of our projects, you will be accountable for every aspect of the project lifecycle, ensuring that objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will be the central point of contact for all stakeholders, responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects while motivating and guiding a talented team to achieve collective goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and develop project scope: Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project concepts, set client expectations, and create detailed project plans to bring the vision to fruition.
• Create and lead a team: Assemble, manage, and provide guidance to a capable team, fostering a dynamic and collaborative environment to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines: Maintain a clear awareness of project progression, track timelines, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently while anticipating and managing potential client-side delays.
• Manage the project budget: Oversee project finances to ensure completion without excessive spending, providing transparency and realistic cost projections to stakeholders.
• Overcome obstacles: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and team members when issues arise, anticipating potential problems like "scope creep" and demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills to maintain control.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction: Maintain open lines of communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and feedback to ensure their satisfaction.
• Evaluate project performance: After project completion, evaluate effectiveness and efficiency to identify shortcomings and highlight successes for future projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of five years of experience leading and managing projects.
• A demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
• Proven proficiency in time management and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• PMP Certification: The Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly valued, as it is widely considered the industry standard and aligns with the required years of experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• A strong understanding of budget management and risk assessment.

• Salary Range: 10,000 - 12,000 Saudi Riyals (Based on experience and qualifications).
