Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in Buildings, to oversee planning, execution and delivery of building construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise building construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and legal requirements.
• Monitor progress and performance of project teams, providing leadership and direction.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
