Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end client implementations of our logistics SaaS platform. The role requires close coordination with clients, product teams, and technology teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely delivery, and long-term adoption success. You will be responsible for driving project execution, bridging cross-functional teams, and optimising processes for scale.

What you’ll do

•Lead end-to-end client implementations of our SaaS platform

•Understand customer operations and configure the platform accordingly

•Maintain project momentum by managing timelines, trackers, and escalations

•Act as the liaison between clients, product teams, and tech teams

•Train client teams to ensure effective adoption and post-go-live success

•Refine internal processes to improve speed and delivery efficiency

What we’re looking for

•2–4 years in project management, SaaS onboarding, or logistics operations

•Highly organized, resourceful, and adaptable in fast-paced environments

•Excellent communication skills - comfortable with C-level executives & ground teams

•Knowledge of logistics (TMS, ePOD, freight billing) is a big plus

•Proficiency with project management tools & Microsoft Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
