Project Manager

Job Summary:
We're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing construction projects, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Quality Control: Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
• Communication: Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Budgeting: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and disputes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) is a plus.
