Designation: Project Manager

Looking for a well-experienced Manager Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution
• Well versed with planning tools and software
• Hands-on experience with project planning and tracking modules and software
• Review drawings, planning, and tracking day-to-day interior & furnishing works of contractors
• Advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination
• Handle multiple projects at a time
• Knowledge of BOQ
• Monitor other project in-charges
• Delegate work to the Project in-charges
• Monitor installation and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items
• Monitor and control quality of work and inspect material delivered at the site
• Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget
  
  

Desired Skills and Expertise:

• BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must
• This position requires detail orientation, a process-driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A project management professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the office interior fit-out industry
• Relevant experience in managing corporate/workplace interior fit-out projects
• Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction
