During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Job Description

Amaris Consulting is seeking a Project Manager (6–10 years) to join our teams in UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) or KSA (Riyadh/Jeddah) . You will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving a web-based straps catalog application used in a multi‑maisons context, ensuring quality, performance, and a seamless user experience. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will own the roadmap , orchestrate delivery, and support users in a dynamic, global environment.


You will work closely with stakeholders across banking & financial services, public sector, energy, aviation, real estate, healthcare, and telecom ,, collaborating with nearshore/offshore development teams and local partners to deliver measurable business outcomes in the GCC.


🔥 Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the straps catalog tool, driving its evolution and supporting end users in UAE/KSA.
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery (scoping, planning, execution, UAT, rollout, hypercare) for application releases and enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into clear BRDs/FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria , and maintain a prioritized product backlog .
  • Plan and manage scope, budget, timeline, and resources , with transparent reporting to multiple management levels (steerco/PMO).
  • Coordinate functional and non‑functional testing , oversee UAT , manage defect triage , and ensure quality gates are met.
  • Monitor production health (SLAs, uptime, response time), troubleshoot incidents with developers, and drive root‑cause analysis and prevention.
  • Recommend and implement UX and performance improvements , partnering with design/SEO/analytics teams; track KPIs (load time, conversion, adoption).
  • Govern vendor/partner management (SLA adherence, SOWs, change requests) and align with internal security and data‑privacy requirements .
  • Maintain robust documentation (runbooks, SOPs, release notes) and support change management (communication and training).
  • Ensure compliance with local market specifics (language, right‑to‑left considerations, seasonal campaigns, and relevant data‑privacy expectations in UAE/KSA).


🎯 Your Profile

  • 6–10 years of experience as a Project Manager (or Product/Program Manager) delivering web applications and digital products; consulting or retail/luxury experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record managing cross‑functional and distributed teams , with hands‑on delivery in Agile/Scrum and exposure to Waterfall/Hybrid when needed.
  • Strong grasp of web technologies (front‑end/back‑end concepts, APIs, CMS/DAM, CDN, cloud/SaaS) and analytics (GA4/Adobe/Tagging).
  • Proficient with Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence) ; familiarity with Azure DevOps/ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Demonstrated budget management , risk/issue management, and executive reporting skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, self‑driven mindset; comfortable owning outcomes and navigating ambiguity.
  • Outstanding communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate workshops.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field .
  • Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong plus. French or other languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to work on‑site with clients in Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Riyadh/Jeddah and travel across the GCC as needed.
  • Not accepting candidates outside UAE - KSA, there is no need to apply, it will automatically be rejected.
