Project Manager

  • Responsible for fulfilling Company’s operational goals on assigned projects inline with company’s Vision/Mission.
  • Responsible for ensuring full Customer Satisfaction on assigned projects and obtain Appreciation Letters/ Recommendations.
  • Before commencement of each new project, you will ensure to prepare and submit a report on

- Analysis on the budget.

- Re-pitch job cost

- Execution plan/program of work

- Critical issues/resolutions

- General Strategy

  • Develop and monitor regularly the progress and successful completion of projects as per the Construction Programme.
  • Preparation, submission and obtaining approval on material proposals/drawings etc. / Raise RFI, IR’s and follow ups.
  • Preparation of material procurement schedule and update
  • Prepare correct MRF, follow up with Purchase/ stores for delivery to site, and obtain approvals at site.
  • Ensure adequacy of materials at site.
  • Maintain records of confirmation of verbal instruction.
  • Take off quantities.
  • Introduce methods to improve efficiency on site and reduce cost for both material and labour.
  • To coordinate with Main Contractor/ Client/ Consultant.
  • Coordinate with Draftsman for preparation of working drawings & submission, obtaining approval from consultant timely.
  • To raise invoices for the work done & details of materials at site.
  • Prepare procurement plan and follow up for the procurement process.
  • Ensure & Successful closing of the project inclusive of the receipt of DLC and Final Payments.
  • To check quality of work & ensure good engineering practices are followed.
  • Ensure documents controlling at site.
  • Monitoring & implementing all HSE issues at site/encourage tool talks with site staff.
  • Establishing variations to contract, submission of claims and follow-up of approval.
  • Prepare final accounts in liaison with FM.
  • Follow-up for prompt receipt of all payment certificates and payments.
  • Prepare O & M Manual/obtain timely TOC.
  • Continuously monitor and ensure project costs are within the budget.
  • Responsible for effective oversight of multiple subcontractors and temporary leased installation labour.
  • May evaluate the performance of more junior projects personnel to provide accurate feedback on the level of performance within the department
  • Attending progress meetings with consultants and clients.
  • Handing over of Projects.
  • Any other duties assigned
