Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and successful delivery of a housing project located in Riyadh . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a specialization in residential construction, and at least 15 to 20 years of hands-on experience in similar projects.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient execution of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the project, from pre-construction to final delivery. Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specified quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate internal teams, external consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members.
• Oversee the project budget, manage costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. Monitor cash flow and approve invoices and payments.
• Identify potential project risks and take corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain regular communication with the client, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Ensure proper documentation of all project activities. Provide regular progress reports, updates, and forecasts to the senior management and clients.
• Perform site inspections and quality control to ensure all work is completed to the highest standard.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture , Civil Engineering , or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience managing residential construction projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction management , contract management , scheduling , budgeting , and quality assurance .
• The project is based in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia, so familiarity with local regulations and market conditions is a plus.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, AACE, or similar) are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and basic design tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
