Key Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive execution plan for each project, outlining key deliverables.

Manage project teams, consultants, and contractors within the project scope.

Monitor daily performance and ensure work complies with project schedules and technical specifications.

Address obstacles and coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals.

Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them regularly to management.

Follow up on construction and finishing activities in coordination with the Quality Department.

Ensure the project remains within the approved budget and monitor expenses and costs.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing
Real Estate Development Projects
in multi-stakeholder environments
(Mandatory)

Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle from both technical and administrative perspectives.

Strong leadership and field coordination skills.
