Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive execution plan for each project, outlining key deliverables.
• Manage project teams, consultants, and contractors within the project scope.
• Monitor daily performance and ensure work complies with project schedules and technical specifications.
• Address obstacles and coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them regularly to management.
• Follow up on construction and finishing activities in coordination with the Quality Department.
• Ensure the project remains within the approved budget and monitor expenses and costs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing Real Estate Development Projects in multi-stakeholder environments (Mandatory) .
• Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle from both technical and administrative perspectives.
• Strong leadership and field coordination skills.
