Overview

Engagement Manager. Our business specializes in electronic makeover techniques and software program development in KSA, focusing on the financial services, food sector, and insurance provider. We have success stories with significant clients. The team is small and growth-oriented. We are seeking a long-term partner who wants to grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving all client KPIs and legal commitments, and for the overall performance of projects.
• Provide daily support, with team and 1:1 mentoring, and monitoring to the project groups in remote and in-person capacity.
• Manage overall day-to-day demand and task management to ensure service level criteria are met.
• Handle escalated scenarios requiring additional oversight and support.
• Provide daily monitoring support to fellow project managers including mentoring, coaching, team building, and retention campaigns.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date Service Delivery plans and procedures.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of client programs under their purview.
• Manage escalated customer care issues and maintain communication with key stakeholders.
• Administer management policies and procedures.
• Assist in the recruiting and hiring process by conducting interviews and selecting job sources.
• Invoice and expense client-related activities as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new customers.
• Ensure contracts are fulfilled properly.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in project management. PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen and experience in customer care, leadership, and the IT industry; software development experience is an advantage.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with business support software.
• Solid client service, project management, and quality assurance abilities.
• Excellent resource planning abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Computer Science.

• Salary: 8,000 - 12,000 SAR per month.
• Location: Riyadh or Jeddah.
