Overview

Power & HVAC Projects Manager - Corporate
Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Primary Purpose

The Project Manager oversees timely delivery of Power and HVAC projects, ensuring alignment with budget, quality, and company goals. Responsibilities include technical and commercial evaluation, project estimation, team leadership, and maintaining strong internal and external relationships. Solutions are offered through energy sales or rental using power modules and accessories.

This is a full-time head-office based role in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, reporting into the General Manager.

Principle Accountabilities
  • Business Development & Planning
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities in KSA across Power, HVAC, Solar, and Temporary Structures.
  • Develop project plans with defined scope, resources, timelines, and milestones.
  • Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and prepare technical submittals.
  • Technical Oversight
  • Evaluate power and HVAC projects; collaborate on technical designs and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
  • Oversee integration, commissioning, and system troubleshooting.
  • Support design reviews, CAD models, and ensure energy-efficient solutions.
  • Project Execution & Management
  • Execute projects per schedule, scope, and contract terms.
  • Allocate manpower, materials, and third-party services as needed.
  • Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Track costs, manage budgets, and report financial status.
  • Operations & Maintenance
  • Ensure optimal operation of installed equipment per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Conduct regular site audits to reduce waste and ensure safety.
  • Maximize equipment efficiency and maintain accurate generation reports.
  • Stakeholder & Customer Management
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Communicate technical information clearly to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks in tenders and execution phases.
  • Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation and project records.
Educational Qualifications & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mechanical Engineering, University Degree and PMP certification
  • Knowledge: Power project management cycle and overall operations & management experience
  • Technical Skills: Must be skilled using MS-Office, (relevant industry) planning software
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English both written and oral and Mastering the Arabic language is preferred
  • Experience: 7-10 years and prior exposure to Projects Management or Operations and Management
