Project Manager

Responsibilities 
- Develop a comprehensive execution plan for each project, outlining key deliverables.
- Manage project teams, consultants, and contractors within the project scope.
- Monitor daily performance and ensure work complies with project schedules and technical specifications.
- Address obstacles and coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and submit them regularly to management.
- Follow up on construction and finishing activities in coordination with the Quality Department.
- Ensure the project remains within the approved budget and monitor expenses and costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing Real Estate Development Projects in multi-stakeholder environments (Mandatory).
- Comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle from both technical and administrative perspectives.
- Strong leadership and field coordination skills.
