Overview
Lead and oversee all aspects of project execution to ensure successful completion within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Coordinate resources, manage stakeholders, and proactively address risks to meet project goals. Maintain effective communication, track performance, and take corrective actions when needed. Promote compliance with the Group's policies, including human rights and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and close projects aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
- Define project scope, schedule, budget, and allocate tasks across the team.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met on time and within quality standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, address concerns, and provide timely updates.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks with proper action plans.
- Ensure proper project documentation and organized handover upon completion.
Quality Engineering Background
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high efficiency and product/service quality.
- Proficient in quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, Inspection & Testing techniques.
- Support teams in adhering to technical specifications and international standards.
- Contribute to performance improvement and waste reduction through continuous improvement practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (strongly preferred).
- Additional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Risk Management are a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management.
- Technical or applied background in Quality Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging diverse stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution).
- Solid understanding of quality engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., RCA, FMEA, inspection techniques).
