Project Manager – Fit-Out
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management
- Lead, plan, and manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously (hospitality, commercial, retail, and F&B).
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and schedules in alignment with client requirements.
- Oversee all phases of project execution, from initiation to handover.
Cost & Contract Management
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, cash flow, and cost reports.
- Prepare the technical BOQ and accurate cost estimations.
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, variations, and claims in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials, FF&E, and subcontractors within budget.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Chair regular project meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE fit-out industry.
- Proven track record in delivering hospitality and commercial projects (hotels, restaurants, offices, malls, retail, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, MEP coordination, joinery, and FF&E integration.
Salary: AED 8,000 – 10,000
