Position: Project Head / Project Manager
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 8 – 16 Years
Industry Preference: Interior Designing / Architecture / Construction

Role Overview :-

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Project Head and Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale interior design projects. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of handling end-to-end project execution, team leadership, client management, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end execution of interior design projects from conceptualization to handover.
• Develop, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate with design teams, project managers, site engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
• Ensure strict compliance with design intent, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Review BOQs, drawings, GFCs, and other project documentation to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and progress review meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve on-site issues, risks, and delays.
• Drive value engineering, cost control measures, and resource optimization for maximum efficiency.
• Mentor, guide, and build a strong project execution team for scalability and long-term success.
• Provide regular MIS reports, dashboards, and project updates to senior management/MD.

Key Requirements :-

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• 8–16 years of proven experience in interior design project management/execution.
• Strong understanding of design drawings, BOQs, project planning tools, and construction methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in managing corporate interiors, luxury residences, retail, or hospitality projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to multi-task, handle pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools preferred.
