Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across media, broadcast, live events, infographics, and motion graphics. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate creative and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for media, broadcast, and creative productions.
• Team Leadership: Manage cross-functional teams, including designers, animators, videographers, editors, event coordinators, and external vendors.
• Media & Broadcast Management: Oversee production schedules for TV, radio, live streaming, and digital broadcasting.
• Event Management: Plan and supervise live events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
• Creative Supervision: Coordinate the development of infographics, motion graphics, and visual storytelling assets.
• Quality Control: Ensure creative outputs meet brand standards and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Track progress, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree in Project Management or Media Management is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing media, broadcast, events, or creative production projects.
• Strong knowledge of media production workflows (pre-production, production, post-production).
• Experience in event logistics, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in creative production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Ability to prepare professional reports and monitor KPIs effectively.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) for effective local and international communication.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strategic and creative thinking skills with the ability to transform ideas into actionable projects.
