Project Manager

Role Purpose:

To lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to ABYAT's Projects with the Clients, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Strategy Development

• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge Clients requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead and manage project teams, assigning responsibilities and tasks, and ensuring team collaboration and efficiency.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and financial objectives are met.

Vendor and Supplier Management

• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Continuous Improvement

• Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projects.

Stakeholder Communication and Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and effectively managing expectations.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.

Client Service and Satisfaction

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective project delivery.

Knowledge and Experience

• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in Projects Execution & Manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Housing Developments Field (Preferred )

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
