Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead and deliver high-rise building projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise with main contractors , proven leadership in large-scale construction, and the ability to drive projects to completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of high-rise building projects from pre-construction to handover.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of UAE construction experience , with recent years exclusively in high-rise buildings (minimum 45 floors) .
• Must have worked in a similar Project Manager role with main contractors on high-rise projects.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and site operations.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred

• Experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams.
• Hands-on leadership in complex high-rise projects.
