Job Description

  • The DX Project Manager is accountable for the strategic leadership and successful delivery of complex digital transformation projects.
  • This role involves leading cross-functional teams, setting project vision, strategy, and execution plans, managing high-level stakeholder relationships and executive communications, overseeing project implementation, financials, risk management, reporting, and evaluation, and driving innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
  • Track project issues and drive issue resolution and support in elimination of project challenges on both internal and external domains.
  • Monitor project internal and external dependencies
  • Work with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on defined resolution action plans.
  • Discuss project progress with stakeholders to ensure projects being on-track and having regular visibility on project status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics)
  • Approve and review project status presentations, dashboards, and detailed
  • Develop reports on the progress of the projects plans, risks, as well as the financial conditions
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical project challenges.
  • Ensure comprehensive financial oversight and reporting.
  • Champion the adoption of best practices and frameworks for project management.
  • Liaise between different stakeholders to ensure proper handling and alignment to any project issues.
  • Carry out constant evaluation and adjustment project related frameworks and processes to eliminate any pain areas.
  • Lead post-project reviews and implement lessons learned across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery and eliminate pain points.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
  • Ensure systematic documentation and dissemination of project learnings.
  • Proactively identify and address operational issues that may impact project execution or targets.

  • Experience in Agile
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Experience in Software Implementation
  • Experience level: 3+ years in a similar role
  • Strong communication, organizational & negotiation skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and responsibilities.

Technical Skills

  • Preferred to have previous experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation projects.
